We are the first Montessori school on the South Side of Providence and the ONLY Montessori school in RI that serves families, regardless of economic status. We can only reach this goal with help from donors like you!

Ensuring socio-economically diverse representation in our classroom community is important to us, and critical to our goal to provide equitable access to high quality early childhood Montessori education here in RI.

MCS RI is the only Montessori school in the State that participates in the child care subsidy program, accepting RI Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Many families do not qualify for subsidies but cannot afford to pay the full cost of quality care. For these families, MCS RI awarded almost $250,000 in tuition assistance based on need.
